OVERVIEW
The satellite station is driven by a large 550-tooth drive roller, which provides mechanical power to multiple smaller RDC stations mounted around it. Since all of the small RDC stations are gear-driven and mechanically engaged with the satellite drive roller — rather than driven by independent servo motors — perfect synchronization between each station is ensured. This design enables extremely high precision in laminating, rotary die cutting, and registration accuracy.
