DC53 Steel

The high - quality tool is made of DC53 tempered tool steel. It is suitable for kiss and through cutting of sophisticated materials in medium to large quantities. The tool is hardened up to 60 - 63 HRC.

HSS - M2 Steel

Our premium tool is made of HSS - M2 steel and hardened up to 62 - 65 HRC. It is used for kiss - and through cutting of large quantities of all paper, metal foil, cardboard, and combined materials, especially highly abrasive materials.

VACUUM DIE

The vacuum die is hollow inside and has through - holes on its body, allowing waste to be extracted by vacuum. The vacuum die draws waste material into the die body, and then the waste is removed via a vacuum pump. Ejected to one end of the die. This approach helps save process tape and effectively reduces the risk of blade damage caused by waste accumulation..

Feature & Application

+ Suitable for small hole waste of 2 – 20mm.

+ Too many or too large holes may lead to insufficient suction or the inability to remove waste.

+ Die normally Through/Total/Full cut.

+ Requires a collection cabinet, vacuum pump/cleaner.

+ Not suitable for materials with adhesive, as there is a risk of waste sticking to the inner cavity of the die.

AIR- EJECT DIE

Air Eject Die uses compressed air to assist in the ejection of waste from punched holes. Inside the die, there are air channels that lead the compressed air precisely to the intended position of the cutting line.

Feature & Application

+ Uses an air – blowing method to remove waste, preventing waste accumulation in the die cavity and effectively reducing the risk of blade damage.

+ Die normally Through/Total/Full cut.

+ Often used together with a vacuum funnel, waste collection cabinet, and vacuum pump/cleaner.

PIN-EJECT DIE

Mechanical ejector pins push the material out of the tool, preventing the cutting outlines from becoming clogged and protecting the cutting lines. Pin - eject Die is the most reliable waste disposal method, ensuring stable waste disposal during high - speed production processes.

+ Die cutting and waste stripping are performed simultaneously, preventing material buildup.

SHEETING CUTTER

The blades of the cross cutter can be positioned with a minimum distance of 19 mm between them. All types of perforation and cutting blades can be used in any groove and individually exchanged. The fastening screws of the clamping system are easy to loosen from above and immediately release the blade for replacement without jamming. Fixing is just as quick.

SLITTING CUTTER

Slitting cutters are widely used for slitting into multiple rows of products and trimming the edges of materials. The minimum spacing between slitting blades is 10mm. This cutting die can achieve both kiss cutting and through cutting. The blade is movable on the axle; after adjusting to the appropriate position, then tighten the screw.

ANVIL ROLLER
